操作定義
The score on Corruption Perceptions Index (CPI), which is a “poll of polls” conducted by the Transparency International (TI) and Goettingen University drawing upon numerous distinct surveys of expert and general public views of the extent of corruption in many countries around the world. It relates to perceptions of the degree of corruption as seen by businesspeople, risk analysts and the general public and ranges between 10 (highly clean) and 0 (highly corrupt).
