Operational Definitions
(i) Figures include non-local students studying post-secondary courses in ISCED leve 5 or above levels in UGC-funded universities (including their extension arms) and other self-financing institutions/colleges as reported to UNESCO Survey of Formal Education.
(ii) Figures include full-time and part-time programmes.
(iii) Students studying non-local courses registered under the Non-local Higher and Professional Education (Regulation) Ordinance (Cap.493) are excluded.
