操作定義
The percentage of civil servants who have one or more types of disability. They include civil servants working in government departments and those who have been seconded/posted to organizations e.g. Hong Kong Monetary Authority and Hospital Authority.
備註
All figures are collected from Civil Service Bureau since 1981. Figures for the years from 1997 to 2001 refer to the position as at 1 April. Statistics from 2002 onwards refer to figures as at 31 March of each year. All statistics exclude Judges, Judicial Officers, ICAC officers and locally engaged staff working in Hong Kong Economic and Trade Offices.
